THRIVE is a weekly program designed to encourage men and women struggling with ADDICTIONS, EMOTIONAL, and RELATIONAL issues (or anyone looking for fellowship, and encouragement).

Through counseling, discipleship, and mentoring, we are a home for men who are struggling with addictions, strongholds, stubborn habits, and other life-crippling situations. Next Step challenges men spiritually, emotionally, and physically to discover and live out their greatest success.

The Process
Next Step is a twelve month (minimum) residential home for men. Phase 1 takes place during the first 6-months of the program. This phase focuses on classroom work, mentorship, counseling, and community service. In Phase 2, men go to work while still maintaining evening and weekend classes, and church. Next Step offers housing for men who desire to continue post graduate growth at Next Step.
