Our long-term goal is to construct a dedicated training center on Next Step property.
This facility will allow us to:
Offer consistent, hands-on training
Provide structured instruction from industry professionals
Host employer job fairs and on-site hiring events
Create a clear pathway from recovery to meaningful employment
This space will be a transformational addition to our program and a lifeline to men ready for a fresh start.
